Dear colleagues,
How are you doing all?Hope you enjoy your Mid-year vacation.very warm wishes to our colleagues from Morrocco.May I remind you of some points about the forthcoming conference.
1- We are to meet in Assuit University on the 12th Feb.,for our colleagues from Minia.The hotel is inside the University Campus ,So it is not easy to miss it.It is located in the main Administration building just before the main resturant.
2- On the first day,we will discuss the schedule ,the abstracts and the handouts.Besides, brainstorming and finalizing the necessities for the conference.
3-May I remind you that everyworkshop will be 45 minutes including the feedback and anticipated questions.Sometimes 2 workshops will run simultaneously.There will be accommodation for those clleagues from Minia,as for the Assuit Group I think there is no need for accommodation.Correct me if I'm mistaken.

Thank you for asking .All facilities are available .just bring your material on a flsh memory.All Photcopying will be done in Assuit.Just bring Abdu and the Flash memory.The time of your arrival is mentioned in my second message.It starts from Monday morning till noon.Say Hello to Minia and its nice people.
